The HCSB audit confirms Midnight Sun Home Care passed extensive background checks and completed 12 annual education courses. Midnight Sun Home Care scored 100% on its disclosure statements, verifying current insurance and licensing, and indicating the agency has no adverse issues.
The A+ rating also signifies that Midnight Sun Home Care abides by the highest standards in the provision of in-home senior care, personal care, and respite care for persons needing companionship, light housekeeping, shopping, medication reminders, errands, doctor visits, and specialty care.

If an A+ Agency is not compliant in any area reviewed, the HCSB Regulatory Board has the authority to remove the A+ rating temporarily or permanently. The HCSB Regulatory Board is comprised of four A+ rated home care agency owners and Harry R. Moody, former Director of Academic Affairs for AARP, Chairman of the Board for Elderhostel (now Road Scholar), and author of several landmark books on aging.
